I am very grateful for Liz and Anna for their help. My hair was seriously damaged due to constant bleaching and I have arrived with a request to have a presentable and natural looking hair colour again. The outcome is great although it was very tricky! I would definitely recommend them. Great value for money. I agree with comments before re decor. It needs some freshing up.

Hair Colouring
Was a bit confused about the highlights maybe it's in with the all over colour! So many salons etc have different ideas which makes me feel mislead. However Sean was lovely he looked after me and loved the colour after it was hair dried. The head massage when washing my hair was what I needed. Got rid of my headache due to Christmas rush. Good reactions which is great. The colour on me is my favourite treat and most...chocolate lol with some secret tones shining through in the light which is nice. Thank you I will be back in the future sometime. Until then enjoy.
Hair Colouring
The cut was really good and quick too, the decor needs a refresh but I think they are already working on it so next time I visit it should be more modern and welcoming. Only downside is that the head massage, the hair brushing and the drying were too energetic hence they hurt most of the time! Please consider gentler movements when brushing hair - having your hair pulled or uncomfortably hot isn't pleasant at all!
