I’ve been waxing a very long time and Nikki is one of the best therapists I’ve had. She was calm, friendly and attentive. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, checking the wax heat and cooling it etc. The wax itself was virtually pain free and I felt well looked after. She was keen to get me to check over just to make sure I was happy - I was. Will definitely recommend and rebook! Thanks!
