Been here several times but felt let down on this visit. Appointment was rushed amd I had to remind them of what treatments I had booked. 8 also felt very uncomfortable when everyone is speaking a different language.

Very disappointed. The result has nothing to do with what I asked. Furthermore it took 3h instead of 1:50 - partially because the staff was doing their own hair while keeping me waiting.
