Yes it’s a cheap £25 facial but it also was the worst facial experience I´ve ever had. I’d rather pay more and have a quality service than what I had. The lady who did my facial I suspect she’s not even a licensed beautician otherwise I cannot explain the luck of basic knowledge such as using gloves for hygiene reasons. When I arrived at the saloon there were two ladies, none of them tried to even ask my name. Let alone make me feel welcome. The room where I had my facial didn’t have the appropriate lighting. There was this huge light on the ceiling which was switched off for the majority of the time so the lady pretty much was working in the dark. The wasn’t a mirrored lens something basic that all places who do facials have. The way she was touching my skin to apply the products was similiar to dough kneading. Very rough, the product was getting in my eyes and mouth. At no point she put any gloves, a huge hygiene fault, she was going out and back in the room and no I don’t believe she was washing her hands every time she was about to work on my face. The “extractions” themselves lasted for less than a minute and left me with red marks. Sign she had no clue what she was doing. After a few minutes I was looking forward for the whole thing to end. Now I regret I judt didn’t leave earlier. Left my face in a very bad condition. I don’t know what products they use (there’s a picture of dermatologica products on the photos here, this is not the case) but if they want to keep doing facials they need to get trained people who know what they’re doing. I´ll never go back again and please please if you do consider a facial with a place just do a bit of research. You get what you pay for
