My first time using Treatwell I was desperate to have the dead ends trimmed off my hair!
Nikki was amazing and really listened to what I wanted. She was able to explain and cut my hair leaving me suitably impressed! I will definitely be returning here for my next trim! Thanks Nikki x

I didn't have the best time at Nikki K. I waited 30mins for my appointment as the stylist was running late, but she told me"just ten more minutes" thee times. I even called ahead to say I was on my way, so I would have preffered to have been informed then, rather than waste my time waiting in the salon.
I did not like the shampoo and conditioner products that were used on my hair, as well as that the conditioner barely touched my hair before it was washed off. I was not offered a choice of product or even asked what requirements I had for my hair.
The stylist did not look at my hair, when it was dry, or have a consultation with me. The first time she looked at my hair is was already washed, so this is not a good start for a hair cut.
The haircut itself was really quick, but it did the job.
I would not return here or recommend it to anyone.

The salon wasn't especially glamorous, but Nikki was friendly and did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions and advice. Overall it was great value and I will definitely return.

very dissaponting. I believe lady needs glasses. underarm wax ok, but bikini was really bad: just booked another appointment in different salon to redo the bikini wax.
