The actual work done is really good, but it was not what I booked and prepaid for. And this is the second time I didn't receive what I actually booked. In both cases, I booked nail extensions, and in both cases I received something different. I really do appreciate that they are trying to help by making suggestions, but I feel that if you have booked and paid in advance for a specific service, then this is exactly what you should receive. Very friendly staff and huge, clean salon, and this remains the case, regardless.
