They were very friendly and professional, they weren't talking over my head like people in other nailsalons sometimes do. They have an amazing amount of colours to choose from. The lady that did my nails was a bit slow to my liking but you could also see that as that they're taking their time, which is in itself nice that they don't rush, but I needed to be somewhere and therefore a bit stressed for time. One minor thing is that she started with the polish quite far away from the cuticle, which I then mentioned and she was "going to fix it" but didn't really, so it already looked like they'd grown out on the first day.
They were so friendly and the salon was quite big so it didn't feel very crowded which was nice.
