Treatment by Staff 1•Gel Nails Manicure
The staff were horrifically rude and the woman owner very aggressive and shouted at me in front of her whole shop because I upgraded to ask for my cuticles to be done during my visit they charged me £10 rather than £5 that they charge their ordinary customers because I was a treatwell customer, even though I was paying for the upgrade in cash. The foot files are very dirty it doesn’t look like they wash or change them. I didnt see them sterilise any cutting equipment like in other salons. My manicure was rushed because she was doing my nails + 2 other peoples at the same time therefore it is wonky and bits were missed. Mainly the aggressive woman owner who has put me off ever coming back. Do not go here.
