Nicola has never cut my hair before but you'd think she knew every individual hair on my head as it's sitting so perfectly! She really listened to what I wanted, checked in as she was cutting to make sure it was what I was expecting, and I'm really delighted with it.

I struggled for years to find a good hairdresser to deal with my really thick, long and bushy hair. Nicola is fantastic! She always takes the time to understand the style/colours desired. It takes talent to tame my mane, I always leave the salon feeling top dollar. I get so many compliments after my appointments.
