Unfortunately, this was a poor massage experience. I paid for 60 minutes of sports massage, but only about 20 minutes of this was massage time. Much of the hour was taken up with slightly unusual 'therapies', such as infrared lights and electrical pulses. A lot of the massage was actually done using a mechanical hand-held massager, and when the therapist actually used his hands I was not convinced he had any training in how to conduct massage. Specific requests for areas of focus were ignored.

Joao was very informative and took the time to explain the purpose and benefits of the treatment I was receiving. He was also very warm and welcoming which made the experience very pleasant and relaxing.
I will highly recommend and plan on returning to the clinic soon.
