Disappointing experience, though the facial itself was good. The form they make you fill in prior to treatment asks for your medical history as well as other information. A digital only form and provided by a third party (phorest.com). No option to opt out and no information about where or how long the data is held for.
As soon as you walk in to the treatment room you're asked if you'd like recommendations. Felt very hard sell. Therapist confused high cholestorol spots with Millia. :-O
