Great facial, very pleased with the results

Venue was sparklingly clean. Brigite was really, really friendly. Unfortunately, I found the facial to be pretty slow (long gaps between steps/a bit disorganised/leaving the room) and a little lack lustre/tentative in approach. The most frustrating thing was the calm music being repeatedly interrupted by ads. This happened about 10/15 times throughout the treatment and was clearly off putting. Lots of noise too from reception. Brigite was absolutely lovely but I’m not sure I’ll return.

There was a bit of a mix up with the booking but Brigite was so professional and made sure I was happy with the facial treatment I had. It was an amazing deep cleansing facial, can’t wait to return again soon!
