Francesca was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the experience was relaxing as it was a quiet 80 mins.
I should maybe have asked to turn the temperature down on the heated bed
Next time I'll ask for the tea at the end to give a moment to get the light headed massage effect sorted. Loved it thanks, hope to visit again this year

This was a complementary treatment that was offered to me as I didn’t have the best experience last time- which I now know was just because they were having a bad day. I’d been a few times before then and my experience was great. This particular visit was brilliant- I was really looked after and the massage was really good. I’ll be back again and I’m so grateful for them taking the time out to make up for what happened last time
