I got a warm welcome at reception and was then taken upstairs where Veronica explained the procedure and asked if I had an preferences for treatment before we began and asked for what tea I would prefer for after. Throughout the massage she checked in on me ensuring the pressure of the massage and temperature of the equipment was to my liking. It was very professional and definitely worth the money
