Cristina was lovely, and it was one of the most pain free waxes I’ve had for a long time! Salon is very clean and tidy too.

Not clean - sit on a towel (should be tissue paper) and they use hot wax (which was fine) but also strip wax which is applied with a metal instrument and then scraped back into the wax pot. Also used only 1 wax strip for the whole appointment. Very unclean & unhygienic.

Lovely welcome and great, low pain wax. Will be returning! I also tend to have a reaction/ rash after a wax but not this time, thanks to them not using any strip wax, after I asked.
