The massage portions of the facial were excellent, genuinely. But she spent about 35-40% of the massage away from me tidying up products on the shelves, washing things, popping in and out of the room etc. She also knocked the table every time she got up and down, so that took away from the relaxation somewhat. Overall if she could just improve those final points it would be a great service.
