I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I have booked one hour massage for Saturday at 12:00. I received a call at 11:20am asking if I’m coming for my appointment at 11am? Basically they have double booked app. For 12pm. I have received confirmations from them day before for app at 12!! But the lady on the phone wouldn’t admitted that the mistake was on they side instead she asked me if I could come but earlier for my appointment!!! I told them that my appointment is at 12 and that’s the time I’ll arrive.
I got really upset by this situation and decided to cancel my massage as I felt that this is not going to be relaxing treatment anymore.
The same person on the phone reassured me that I will receive all my money back through “Treatwell” even if I cancel on the day. Wrong! They don’t!
Call them back and explain that I will loose the money and my gift. App got rescheduled for next week same time and I was offered 30min extra massage to compensate earlier situation, which was a nice gesture!
I arrived on my appointment, Marta was the massage therapist. She asked me few questions about my health (no form to sign or any info about the massage) and if there are any areas which I would like to be avoided. I asked to not to massage my face and concentrate mainly on my back and shoulders.
The room was warm but the therapists hands Not! She didn’t spend any time to warm up the oil in her hands after few minutes she went straight into massaging my Face!!! Didn’t cover my feet, didn’t massage my feet ether (which it’s part of my body and I booked full body massage!) no consistency within massage techniques at all! She did one thing on one leg something completely different on the other. At the end I have felt tired and frustrated. I really, really wouldn’t recommend this place!
