I booked a 40 min microdermabrasion for face and upper back as advertised on treat well. When I got to the salon I was told it's 30 mins and face only. Whilst I was ok with that, it's definitely not what is advertised on the site but the therapist told me I was wrong! She mentioned other treatments that are also advertised incorrectly. Salon is okay, clean. Therapist didn't even look at my skin before the treatment and was heavy handed at best during the treatment! Not the most relaxing facial I've ever had. All in all, okay for the price but I won't be returning. I've used Treatwell before and only had good experiences but I won't be going back to this one unfortunately.
