Magda was very informative, thorough and helpful. My skin is glowing after my microdermabrasion and best of all they're open until 9pm on a Thursday which meant they could accommodate an appointment at 8.25pm which was really handy. The salon is very clean and well kept too, I recommend.

Had to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. No real assessment of my skin and what would be best. General sense that the whole thing was unorganised - that she didn’t have everything she needed in the room (e.g. she left the room for a while mid-treatment). The massage wasn’t great - a bit awkward - she had left some scratchy paper tissue under my neck/head and awkwardly moved my head from side to side to remove it. All topped off with her then recommending invasive (microneedling) treatment on my young(ish), clear(ish) skin, which really put me off. At the end they tried to charge me again for the treatment (I had prepaid). Such a shame as it is in a great location.
