Carolina is amazing, she’s so knowledgeable about the body and was so good at identifying problem areas and helping them. A sports massage is quite intense which I knew already but what I needed to release deep muscle tension. She has been much better than the sports massage I’ve previously received due to her knowledge of how soreness travels through the body. During the course of the massage I felt instant relief and will be sure to book a massage with her again!
