I went in before the time of booking but they managed to see me straight away which was really good however the massage was not how I expected it. She did not ask the area to focus on and she did not cover all the areas. It felt like she’s a newbie tbh. The place itself was nice and clean.
Relaxing Massage
Good massage but it started almost 10 mins late and finished 5 mins early so I got 45 mins for the cost of an hour. Reception didn't seem to care.

Very disappointing unfortunately. I used to love coming here but this is the second time I have and it's just been very disappointing it was as though the therapist didn't know what she was doing. My advice, don't book on the weekends.
