I left bruised and had my skin ripped during my Hollywood wax and barely offered an apology let alone a refund, just stated it looked bad, said that was the first time this has happened to her!
Booked an Upper leg wax and she barely touched it, so much obvious hair left and had to ask her to go over missed bits.
