Lady who performed my massage was a trainee, but she had offered a professional massage. She had a friendly attitude and good listening skills.

Although i was running late the staff (Marian) still welcomed me in a lovely and polite manner. The Swedish massage was really good. she did an amazing, felt very relaxing, she made me feel very comfortable. Will most certainty attend again.

The massage itself was lovely and the staff on the day were very professional. The area where you're massaged looks very clean but gives you an hospital like impression, very basic and 3 people could have a massage in the same room separated only by curtains.
When I initially booked my massage they cancelled on the day only a few hours prior and couldn't get me a new date for the next 2 months. The lady on the phone wasn't good at communicating so I ended up having to confirm with someone else via email.
All in all it was pleasant and you do get what you pay for. My masseuse on the day was amazing and I really enjoyed my massage which is the most important.
