I had specifically asked for a strong, high pressure deep tissue massage and had even paid £10 extra to upgrade to this option. I stressed this importance on the phone at the time of booking, to the masseuse just prior to massage, and throughout he entire massage.
The masseuse simply did not listen and follow this simple instruction. He verbally acknowledged and agreed but ten wouldn’t do it. I was disappointed and annoyed to say the least, and felt conned. He could have refused or admitted he couldn’t deliver rather than agree but not do it.
Also worth noting that only a thin curtain separates clients (little privacy) and I had to walk through another session to exit.
Very disappointing. Certainly would not return or recommend.
