I have been to the venue before for waxing but this was the first time I had a Hollywood hot wax. The beautician was thorough and put me at ease. I was satisfied with the results and would go back again for the same.

Gel nails perfect and long lasting, lashes OK, could have been fuller! Staff very pleasant, could have used gel pads when doing lashes and not sticky tape and cotton wool, as this was a little unprofessional.

Excellent infills! The nail technician was extremely experienced and did a wonderful job. I also enjoyed it more as the filing was done by hand and not by the electric nail file - gave a much better finish. Staff were really friendly. Will definitely be coming back here!
