I went to get my roots done, and didn't appreciate the fact that the hairdresser told me after starting applying the mix on my hair that it was a semi-permanent color. It didn't even cross my mind that they would do semi-permanent for a root coloring, especially when I clearly explained and showed that as the previous color (with reddish shades) was brighter on my roots than on my ends, I wanted a color that covered this difference in tone. When I walked out of the salon the color looked great, no issue there. But after a few shampoo it had completely faded away and you could see the difference again. Also, the blowdry was horrible. I don't care about blowdry, but this one was terrible. I asked for flat and straight, she gave me volume and curled the ends a bit. Not sure why.... but adding this to the color fiasco, I will not come back. It's a shame though, as the salon is nice and clean and the staff is really friendly. But Lola definitely didn't do a nice job this time.
Hair Colouring
I have been to this place 3 times recently and have been impressed by the staffs efficiency and how well the place is managed. I was in and out in a good amount of time, staff were attentive and the manicure was professional, highly recommend.
Manicure
I went there after I did a disaster to my hair, trying an ombre at home, but huge fail. My case wasn't easy to fix and Daniel save my hair, I can't thank him enough. He was really understanding and was explaining me all the steps to make sure we were on the same page. I highly recommend this place.
Balayage
Very happy with my haircut by Daniel - will definitely go back again and add on hair colour next time. Staff all seemed friendly, cheap and cheerful hairdresser and nail salon.
Ladies' Haircuts
The salon was lovely with a relaxed atmosphere. My hairdresser (Daniel) gave me exactly what I asked for and did a real great job on the blow dry and finish. Very happy with the end result would definitely retun.
