Friendly staff and availability is great, the Hollywood wax experience could have been better.. Thought they use Lycon wax, sometimes it can be painful due to lack of experience of the therapist.. who hesitates to much in taking the wax off.. and start peeling the corners of the wax.. making the process longer and more painful. Saying that, it is good value for money and they do the job. I will be back.
