Despite everyone being so welcoming and friendly (with 2 beautiful dogs) I had a very disappointing shellac manicure.
I usually expect this sort of treatment to last minimum 30 mins, but this was rushed through to 15. Cuticles were left untouched, vanish patchy and uneven with air bubbles raised still on my nails (this was done on Sunday, it's now Tuesday). I was too embarrassed to say anything while at the salon, trying to convince myself that it wasn't that bad - but unfortunately it was.
I really wanted to like this place as they were so friendly, but it was so rushed and it looks for poor I cannot recommend.

I was running 5min behind and I called to see if I could still keep my appointment or if I had to reschedule,understandably the owner said no because it was all booked up until 2 and if I wanted I could reschedule for something after that. Which I said Yes, that's totally fine! And I took fault for that. So thank you for accommodating me for a later time. I waited in the lobby for two hours, I noticed it was full of dog/cat hair, and being allergic to cats this was not so good. I don't mind animals I just wish I could have gotten a warning for it. I could have prepared better! While I was waiting, more customers came and the owner kept pointing me out for being late,"Sorry we are all booked, that lady over there was late too.." I thought that was quite rude and unnecessary. I apologised for the lateness, All 5min of it, I didn't need to be pointed out in front of everyone that came in. The actual room where I was getting my nails done was also covered in hair, the job itself was very rushed and some of the nails that didn't get painted on properly were covered in hair. It was very very disappointing. It's been a week since I got my nails done and they have already chipped or come off. They're shellac so I thought they would at least last longer than a week. Overall my experience was pretty mediocre. I could've forgiven the insane amount of hair everywhere but the customer service and the paint job were just awful.

i decided not to get the gel pedicure in favour of a normal pedicure. it was fine.

The staff did a good job of my nails and my therapist was friendly however the receptionist/manager was trying to push a treatment onto a woman who had popped in to inquire about one. I found this really off putting to be honest but generally it was a nice salon.
