After reading mixed reviews I decided to try SouthBeach as they had a very good deal on waxing. On arrival they said you need to pay cash so I had to pop to the nearby bank. There were two large dogs in the waiting area - I love animals but this could put some people off. The treatment room was a bit shabby and didn't look 100% clean. The wax was very quick but they did miss patches which was disappointing. When I went to pay the woman on reception she said she hadn't received an email from Treatwell to tell her I had an appointment and tried to charge me £5 more. I had to show her the email confirmation, app and text message to prove this, but eventually she did let me pay the price I had agreed to pay on the Treatwell app. Overall it was a mixed experience, very cheap but you do get what you pay for!
