I arrived late, due to traffic but Tom was perfectly civil and polite and after this I managed to give some account of what I wanted on my visit. Tom listened and had great care and skill. Firstly, going through how long I might want off as I didn't want a barber style scalping - it doesn't suit my small head. Secondly, he explained what he intended to do to achieve this, with a brief but concise description. Thirdly, he cut my hair very neatly and not too severeIy. I highly recommend.
