I absolutely hate getting my hair cut but Tom was so friendly and it wasn't awkward at all. He was very helpful in suggesting a style and walking me through what he was doing and why. He really listened. He showed how to style the hair and what products he recommends and alternative ways to style it. It was a very pleasant experience and I left the salon very happy.
