I was running a bit late but Rhianon never made me feel like we were in a big hurry once we were getting cut. She was funny and professional and got me cut and out the door quickly. Also, as an American visiting Leeds, I loved being greeted with a loud, "Hello love!" when I walked in the door. I looked pretty feral when I walked in but she got me cleaned up and back out ready for dinner and looking appropriate.
