Very pleased with the haircut and the treatment from Serjei. I had to cancel for work a couple of times and they were kind enough to accommodate the changes. Top quality.

I almost left in tears. Asked for natural and subtle highlights, came out with peroxide blonde thick streaks. Going to have to pay twice as much to get it fixed. Worst haircut I’ve ever had.
