I had Beth who was very thorough and gave me a good haircut. I have booked a 2nd appointment with Beth. Beth was friendly and professional. Other staff were welcoming too.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very friendly and did my duaghters hair very well, will come back again when she needs her hair cut.
Girls' Haircuts
Unfortunately the communication between Treatwell and Ooh La La is broken. Despite booking and pre-paying for my appointment through Treatwell 5 weeks ago, Ooh La La had no record of it. I had been booked for 10am when the salon didn't even open till 12 noon. Now I have to wait another week, and need to reschedule work and childcare yet again. Extremely annoying and massively inconvenient. It's a nice salon and Lu is great but DON'T BOOK AT THIS SALON THROUGH TREATWELL.

Excellent service. Really recommend. Taken all Covid steps and reassurances but also still personal and friendly. Will be back.
