I actually wouldn’t give this venue any stars. I turned up for my 12pm apt and the stylist I was assigned to no longer worked there. They didn’t know about my appointment and I had even received a confirmation email/text. I asked for refund however the manager wasn’t in at the time to do so. They took my contact details and said they would call back that evening however never did. I tried calling the next day and no one answered. Still waiting for refund.

The woman who cut my hair was lovely and the salon is clean and well laid out. The owners child or grandchild was chucking tantrums on the floor throughout or dining through the salon which was unpleasant and stressful, their Treatwell booking system was down and asking for my hair to be just trimmed and tapered at the back, the hairdresser trimmed my hair all over which I didn’t catch in time to stop her. Asked for a rough dry and legged it as soon as I could. Shame as convenient location.
