I am sure 100% effort was made to make this a good facial but I’m afraid the effect was not felt by me. This was a facial by numbers. All the steps were taken as outlined but it was very clear that no attention or specialism was employed to trailer it and deal with my concerns (although we spoke about it). I used to go here, stopped due to a bad experience some years back but thought I would give it another shot. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out.
