Heidi, as always, was professional, friendly and thorough. This was just an appointment to get my extensions removed, but we also discussed my new extensions and colours in great detail. Heidi always listens and advises accordingly, but never tells me what I (apparently!) want (which is a pet peeve with hairdressers!).
