Really good facial and salon. It would have been 5 stars but I found it a bit strange that I didn’t fill in a form about my skin type or have a conversation with the beautician about the treatment beforehand. I agreed on a whim to have dermaplaning - something that I’ve never had done before. Afterwards I worried that I hadn’t made an informed decision, so I might end up with new skin issues. Luckily this wasn’t the case, but I think this should be discussed before the facial.
