While the staff there were lovely and friendly, my hair was chopped completely uneven (while I noticed only after returning home), hence the lower rating.

Great job just docked 1 star as treatwell booking not received and discounted price not applied. Couldn’t fault the staff. Unfortunately their card machine was not working so I had to get cash out of a cash machine to pay

One day after getting my gel manicure two of my nails had peeled. On day two three of my nails are chipped/peeled. Not satisfied with the standard of the manicure and will not be returning to the salon. I regularly get my nails done and am used to my gel manicure lasting at least 10 days without any chipping and sometimes lasting up to 3 weeks.
