Had an appointment with Kirsty, she was very friendly, but the cut was really uneven and fundamentally not the haircut I asked for. At the start of the appointment I asked for a shag cut, and showed reference pics and she agreed confidently. However, the cut I received was not what I asked for, was incredibly uneven, and as she didn’t follow the advice of who I assume to be a more senior stylist, the cut wasn’t suited to my non-straight hair type. Louise was really lovely and attentive and despite having a really long day, took time and effort with my hear and really listened to what I was looking for. We;re booked in for the next cut and I look forward to it!
Contemporary stylists that are attentive and skilled. Appointments booking is flexible with plenty of choice.
Kirsty was so lovely and really listened to exactly what I wanted. Both her and Johan were very pleasant and I left happy.
