Talented hairdressers, not the most relaxing, as just the 3 chairs and a lot of other things going on within the salon. But the job gets done and left happy with the outcome!
Really disappointed in a place I've always had a 5* experience beforehand. I had a new hairdresser and honestly was given the most painful haircut of my life. She tugged at my hair throughout (never actually brushed through it), & repeatedly hit my head with the hair dryer and brush.
I left in tears. Not to mention my haircut was poor - very blunt and heavy feeling. I always returned here because I felt the staff were fantastic, but this experience was absolutely awful.
