Even though my bus was late and I arrived 15 mins after my scheduled appointment time, I was welcomed and given great service. Kayla didn’t rush through my hair trim and she did a great job. I’d definitely return to NOIRouge!

Kayla is a very talented hairdresser. Very thorough. It took longer than Iliked but she's a graduate and I expected that. I'll definitely go back to her again.
