Good 1st time experience. Popped in for my patch test a couple of days before my appt and met with Louise who advised she would need to bleach cleanse before colouring to get the desired. I was charged for the extra service & she even came in very early to accommodate the longer appt. Louise did a full colour correction, recolour, cut & blow dry in 3.5 hrs and the end results were great. Can’t fault the experience Louise was really informative and friendly and I will definitely be back!

Differently than last time, I was not satisfied of my treatments this time. Despite coming with picture of the cut and balayage colour I would have like to have, I came out with something completely different that did not satisfy me and lacking in attention in understanding my requests.The general cut is fine but little attention has been put on the fringe and I have not been asked about the finishing style that I would have liked. Asked to pay £10 more without being mentioned to me before.
