Great salon and great customer service. After an unusually sub-par experience the manager got straight in touch with me and offered me a full refund. Amazed at the service and will definitely be back, still one of my favourite Edinburgh salons.
Blow Dry
So pleased with my cut and colour! Poppy has always managed to cut my short hair so that it copes if I can't get it cut for a while (mainly due to lockdowns!). I've never had a hairdresser who managed this before - it used to stick out annoyingly after five weeks or so!). She's knowledgeable and gives great advice about styles and treatments. Poppy is lovely to chat with and strikes a nice balance of just the right amount of chat.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Poppy to anyone looking for a hairdresser!
