I went to this salon just before Christmas, the ambiance was pleasant enough , the staff polite and courteous. The lady who did my highlights was meticulous and I really enjoyed how she washed my hair and the head massage. I would have liked my hair lighter than it turned out though.

It wasn't exactly the hair colour I was looking for. I thought I told the stylist that I didn't want my hair to get any lighter. And now it has. I'm always wearing a hat now. And will have to for the next 3 months. (It's a nice colour, but it's really not my style). I can't exactly see the "layering" in it either.
