Avoid. They didn’t even know what the treatment was that I booked for. Took twice as long to get a shoddy haircut with a barber who stank of smoke. Also they used a random picture for the profile - it’s nothing like what it is in the picture.
Had to wait half an hour despite having an appointment. During that time a TV was blaring out loud music, which got even louder whenever it got to ads.
Eventually someone cuts my hair. They don't ask me how I want my back, they cut my parting in the wrong place, they leave my hair wet on a winter day (I asked if they could please dry my hair, the guy said "sure" and gave it a cursory once over with the blow dryer, leaving it no less wet than before).
And then I discover that the £16 haircut on Treatwell costs £10 in store.
