I arrived at my appointment on time, but she had two more clients ahead of me. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, even though she told me it would only be 5. When I politely mentioned that I wasn’t willing to wait any longer, she became extremely aggressive and rude, shouting, 'I told you to wait!' The experience was far from professional and certainly not pleasant. This was my first and last time coming here.
