noor was very nice and empathetic. I am satisfied with her work, unfortunately her work room is in a nail studio and the girls who worked there had no clients so they talked and laughed loudly among themselves. even though noor told them to be quiet several times they continued to talk and laugh loudly. disturbing me and noor who was working. it was not relaxing at all.
