Noor was wonderful. She was so welcoming, warm and chatty. She knew exactly what I was doing and explained everything ahead of time. She paid careful attention to what it was I wanted and gave suggestions on what additions would look good. I am thrilled with the result! I will definitely be going back to Noor for my next haircut!
