This is quite simply the worst experience I've ever had at a hairdresser - please I urge you not to have your hair done here. I went in wanting a natural balayage as described on the website, and left with what can only be described as thick chunky tiger stripes unevenly distributed across my head. I wish I could attach photographs as I took PLENTY, shared them round with some friends I have who are hairdressers and they were appalled. No refund or admittance of error was made by the salon.

The only comment I would have would be regarding the redness after the eyebrows waxing. It could be reduced if a bit of aloe gel would be used. Some people,like me, get a bit more redness localy. Everything else was great. Thank you ladies. I will definitely come back.
