The therapist did not arrive at the salon until after my appointment was due to start and didn’t apologise. The wax had not been turned on so I had to wait while it heated up, during which time the therapists did not chat to me or offer a drink etc. Because it was not hot enough during my treatment, the wax kept getting stuck to my legs. There is still hair on my knees. My legs were covered in wax when I got home and I had to scrub it all off in the shower. I won’t be returning to Noor.

Got to my appointment and it was closed! The owner said the had messaged but did not receive anything. So disappointing as they usually do such a good job.
Shutting the shop should have at least warranted a phone call so I didn't have to make the to east London. Such a shame.

Very quick and efficient, good threading. Not the most luxurious.
Facial Threading
Very friendly and great service. Local and a great cut and blow dry. Second time there and would definitely go back
